Q: Message may be corrupted on recipient’s device, change input mode to automatic?
A: If you got an alert in your Samsung Galaxy phone that say: message may be corrupted on recipient device. Do not send the message because your friend will get a “???“ text message.
Follow this tutorial to fix the problem.
Step 1: In the Attention message click Cancel. This will not send your message which is good for now.
Step 2: Go to Messaging then click Settings.
Step 3: Click Input mode
Step 4: Select Automatic.
Result: You should be able to send message with regular text instead of “???“ text.
Q: Why can’t I see the voice key in keyboard?
A: Please go to system setting -> language input to check if the “Google Voice Typing“ has been enabled. If not, please enable it, then you can see the voice key in keyboard. If action above still can‘t enable the voice key, please check if you disabled the “GOOGLE SEARCH“ app and enable it.

> Click on it and click on FORCE STOP
> If you scroll over to TURN OFF, it shows all apps you disabled
> To enable it again
> Scroll over to TURN OFF

Q: Why does the keyboard switch to default keyboard after rebooting?
A: Keyboard switching back after rebooting is a known android OS issue. Considering that we recommend you running Backup and Sync in the app first.
For the solution:
> Go under Android System Settings
> Backup and reset
> Uncheck “Automatic restore“
Now uninstall and reinstall the app.
Be sure to check Automatic restore back after reinstall.
**Another Alternate SOLUTION**
Using ES File Manager
1) Open ES File Manager
2) Click on the menu button of your device
3) Click on “Manager“
4) Click on “App Manager“
5) Long press on app you want to extract
6) Click on “backup“
7) Extracted .apk files will be placed on the “backups“ directory of your sd card
Now install this new backup over your existing keyboard.
*Should* stay there forever now.

Q: About Auto-Correct.
A: Auto-Correct can be turned off on keyboard menu (top left hand side of the keyboard). In the app settings you can change the intensity of the Auto Correct, under “Advanced Options“.
